Troy Robinson

Troy Robinson is a UX/UI designer with front-end development and product research skills, building interfaces and applications in a holistic way. Since getting into web design and coding in 2008, Troy has helped serve the needs of small businesses, large corporations, and government agencies, most recently, three years with the Tulsa Public Schools data & dev team as the primary designer for dashboard interfaces used by thousands. Troy's tools of choice are Figma, CSS, React, JavaScript, and some Python although he's constantly growing skill-sets to fit project needs.

Having grown up in Tulsa, Troy returned to his home town after studying in the interdisciplinary & business programs at Baylor University, in New York City’s Shillington design school, and Tulsa’s ORU for his undergraduate marketing degree. After school, Troy started a consultancy with his brothers, which he then operated for years serving 15+ Tulsa companies with their web brands, sites, and apps before joining the cause at Tulsa Public Schools.

Inspired by his time as a youth mentor, North Tulsa resident and high school coding teacher at Crossover Preparatory, husband, and in visiting friends around the world, Troy seeks to approach digital needs with empathy and long-term vision, to see his home city of Tulsa flourish as a people of purpose.
