Sam Gallaher, Ph.D., MPA

Sam Gallaher is a social scientist and data scientist.

Sam has spent the last 17 years of using data to solve problems and is passionate about improving communities through evidence-based decision making. This took him from industry, to academia, to local government, to 9b.

Sam holds a bachelor’s of science in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Oregon State University, a master’s of Public Administration, and a doctorate in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver.
